Two of our saunas have wheels so they can change locations.
The exact location of your sauna booking is shared in your confirmation email and text message.
The Paloma Sauna: Always grounded in nature, Porepunkah.
The Juniper Sauna: Various locations—Mount Beauty, Lake Catani, Private Properties and Events.
The Mondo Sauna: Various Locations—Porepunkah Mt. Buffalo View Paddock, Private Events and Properties.

Our session is 60 minutes of contrast therapy.
We provide:
A cedar sauna heated above 80ºC
A cold plunge option
Fresh filtered water to drink and a towel

Please bring:
Plenty of water to hydrate yourself before, during and after your session.
A towel to dry off with (we provide a towel to sit on inside the sauna).
A bathing suit without metal accessories or made of plastic materials is highly recommended.
Comfortable shoes to slip on and off if preferred over being barefoot in nature.
Come clean of sweat, dirt, fragrance and oils/lotions. We ask that you use the shower before entering the sauna and cold plunges.

Depending on the sauna and the type of session (shared or private) the cost is $40-$225.
To hire the sauna to be delivered to you, we charge per 12 hours. Contact us for our current prices.

You can change and cancel your booking via your confirmation email.
Our sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your session time.

Safety:
Please seek medical advice for sauna and cold plunge use with a professional before attending.
Our liability waiver must be signed before attending our sauna and cold plunges.
If you feel unwell or have an open wound, please reschedule.
12-17 years of age patrons must be accompanied by an adult.
Guidlines:
Listen to body for how long to stay in sauna and cold plunges—if you feel light-headed please exit the hot or cold, notify the sauna attendant right away or ask someone to do so on your behalf.
A towel must be used inside sauna for hygiene and comfort.
Bathing clothes must be worn for all session types.
Ask permission to all those present in the sauna before adding water to the rocks for steam.
Be mindful of how much physical space you use and how much noise you make so everyone can equally have a relaxing experience.

Outdoor seating (+ seasonal cold weather indoor option)
Depending on resources and location hot tea, mineral salt and honey may be served.
